Lose 8kg in 7 days

Recently, I came across with this Facebook article that is so trendy mentioning that how to lose 8kg in 7days!

Let's share this: it's totally diet plan. 
It's all fruits, water and vegetable.



Gonna do this 1 week challenge and see if does it really works! Will be starting the challenge on Thursday and adding on to climbing stairs twice daily.
