How to lose weight part 2,

Saying about lose weight, definitely you must work out, look out of your diet. 
There's no other solution to lose weight, with determination, everything can be successful yeah! *Add oil!*

Work out, 

My favorite sports was to play badminton, so I play badminton as a work out to burn calories. 
Don't do sports because you have to, do sports when you like that particular sports.


Next, Diet.
When the moment I have decided to go on diet, I will try my very best to skip fried food. Even if I really have fried food for lunch/dinner, I will try to do some work out, like taking stairs instead of taking the lift back home. 
Secondly, Eat more vegetable. I take salad with chicken, but 3/4 of vegetable to 1/4 of chicken.
I have a very poor digestion, I am unable to eat uncooked vegetable, So what I do was I boiled vegetable with little bit of oil and that's my meal. 


And here are my secrets to lose weight, in 3-4weeks, I lose 2kg. :)
44kg to 42kg. Currently trying very hard to lose a little more and time to start maintaining my weight! Aw.
